£15 in One Day!

I checked my Amazon associates account this morning as I do first thing most days and was pleased to see £15 worth of commission was added to my account today from the dispatch of yesterdays items.

This came from 9 items costing £238.03 in total giving me £15.35 commission (about 6%).

If this happened every day I would be almost hitting my target of £500 per month.

was this from your atomic niche site? or one of your ‘generic’ sites? congrats! I had one sale a while back like that, the problem is consistancy.

Oh no, it wasnt from one site but many sales from many sites but all in one day.

No action on the atomic niche site yet.

thats brilliant! for my i get consistant google adsense results but affiliate-wise, i’ve yet to get any consistancy, which is a real shame, still i’ve had big sales via affiliate, its just getting consistancy that i keep falling down with. I’m actually testing a variation of Atomic Niche theory right now, I’ll have to give you a shout when I get a chance to test it properly.

I am pretty consistent in that I get sales pretty much every day. It’s just a shame the values are so low!

I look forward to hearing about your theory.

Congratulations, amounts like that keep you motivated (do for me anyway), as KCheung mentioned it’s consistency that’s the difficult bit. Does anybody else do what I am doing now – staying up until just after 1.00am so I can see if I made any money on amazon :)

I need to be up at 7.00am :(

I used to do that in the early days!

Sometimes it wouldn’t come through until much later than 1.00am. Nothing worse than staying up and then not making a sale.

I’ve found that if you check just after one and refresh the page a few times the latest orders/commision info will show. I’m sure once I get consistent earning on amazon I’ll check less often.
