So what was the final outcome? I am sure that you have certainly made profit out of the PPC campaign but how much was it? Are you still planning to carry on with the PPC or thinking to give it a PAUSE for the time being and restart it sometime later.

Gone a bit quiet. I setup a new site with a new PPC campaign and it got lots of clicks and no orders so I stopped it. Am just setting up a few more sites like this for other types of products. Will see how they get on.

Must be something in the air, I also had a big commision from Dixons today £22.50 from a £899.97 TV. It was also from a micro site with ECU but it wasn’t the actual product I was promoting.

Cheers. Next time I will do a bit more research on the commission levels paid by merchants before deciding on a product. If it had of been 5% I would have got about £50.

Nice one Joe! Glad you are having some success with the big ticket items. It’s a shame the commission percentage was so low but this will give you valuable experience with PPC and open up loads of other avenues you might want to dabble in.
After wasting about £10 on PPC I have decided to opt for the ‘organic’ route and am seeing results that way at the moment. In the next few months I might give PPC another go for the big ticket items I promote.
