Google present it as being 'based on actual searches'...so not sure why the Keyword Tool exists, if it is based on anything other than actual searches! Doesn't that mean that your selected search term got 197 searches yesterday, in that period? How does that compare as a percentage to what google says, for number of local exact searches?
