		<description>I have seen the SK Tool as well - unsure as to the difference between the two, other than nobody seems to use the SK tool.

Google present it as being &#039;based on actual searches&#039;...so not sure why the Keyword Tool exists, if it is based on anything other than actual searches!  (and why everyone uses it, and not the other tool)

		<description>Surely though, the click through rate is dependant on your ad too? Doesn&#039;t that mean that your selected search term got 197 searches yesterday, in that period? How does that compare as a percentage to what google says, for number of local exact searches?</description>
