Time to Try MoreNiche

If you’re bored of promoting Amazon and other online retailers or you are already dominating your niches it might be time to give MoreNiche a try.

I signed up with them when I first looked into affiliate marketing, probably because you got £10 for signing up. But I never got around to promoting them, mainly because their products are quite expensive and when I started I didn’t believe people would spend much money shopping through an affiliate site.

Of course I was wrong and people regularly buy TVs and other expensive goods via affiliate marketing sites.

So after reading a recent post on a4u about a new product they had I thought I’d jump in and give it a go.

Have a look and see if they are something you could promote as the 30% commissions are pretty tempting. Especially as they have a new product out which might be good to get in at the beginning on.

Google Wonder Wheel

I’ve just stumbled across the Google Wonder Wheel which looks like it could come in handy for finding related searches.  Has this been out for a while?  Anyone doing anything interesting with it?

Apart from that I have been quite busy but haven’t actually finished anything off.  I’ve been looking more into PPC and have learnt a bit more and started a few more campaigns.  Next month I am going to reinvest some of my earrings and do a few bigger campaigns.  I’ve also started work on a MoreNiche page promoting slimming pills but haven’t had enough time to get it finished.  A few sites have gone down the SERPS due to, I expect, a lack of updates but these are smaller sites so its not too big  deal.  I’ve been doing some good link exchanges via the a4u forum and have made a few more contacts which is good.  Only got two more weeks left at work so hopefully I will have more time to devote to affiliate marketing in the next few months.

Time to up my Game & MoreNiche

My target for this month is £75 and on day 12 I have only made £22 from affiliate marketing.  This isn’t bad but at this rate I won’t make my target.

I have decided that in the future all my niches will only for for items over £50 and get at least 5,000 exact searches per month.  Since deciding this I have registered three new domains promoting products that sell for over £100 and got over 5,000 searches last month.

Hopefully if I can get these ranking well I can make some proper money.  From these sites I reckon I will get £5 per sale.

If I get 5 sites with £5 items on and two of them make a sale each day I will be looking at £300 per month.  This would cover all my debt repayments each month and make my dream of moving to Thailand with my girlfriend a real possibility.

I have also signed up with MoreNiche and registered a fat loss pill related domain as I would like to get a piece of that pie as I have heard from others who started in affiliate at around the same time that they have been making good money from just one sale!
