		<description>yep, i read it as well, its ok-ish, basically rebranded a whole load of already well know hypnosis and psychology/ selfhelp techniques. you&#039;re better off resading management related self help books like 4 hour work week, rich dad poor dad, 7 habits of highly effective ppl.

the gist of it is...you have to believe in yourself before taking the steps to acheive your goals...nothing ground breaking.

there are some interesting motivators though, such as you can put together a &#039;goals board&#039; where you stick images of things that you want to acheive then by imagining what it feels like to live that kind of life you natrually gear yourself towards those goals.

in all seriousness its not great, but it doesn&#039;t hurt to try it out.</description>

		<description>Yes, I have read about the Law of attraction and have other complementary books as well. :) It&#039;s a huge hype. Just be careful not to get sucked into it. This kind of books and films should be taken carefully. Trust them by no means, but do not get obsessed with them - is my advice.

I can recommend books if you like. I would do it on email if you like. This is a philosophy and approach to life. It is discipline of the mind.</description>
